Cotswolds Stopover
Creamy coffee with sweet almond, enhanced with flavours of bitter chocolate and spiced honey.
INGREDIENTS:
25ml Cotswolds Cream Liqueur
25ml Amaretto
15ml Cotswolds Whisky Amaro Liqueur No.1
35ml Cold Brew Coffee
HOW TO CREATE:
Place the first three ingredients into an ice-filled cocktail shaker, shake and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass and float the cold brew coffee on the top. Garnish with pistachio nuts.
Bananamaro
Rich creamy banana flavours made more complex with a hint of dried fruits and spice from the Amaro.
INGREDIENTS:
30ml Cotswolds Cream Liqueur
30ml banana liqueur
15ml Cotswolds Whisky Amaro Liqueur No.1
60ml half single cream / half milk
½ ripe banana
HOW TO CREATE:
Place all of the ingredients into an ice-filled blender. Blend and serve in a hi-ball glass. Garnish with a slice of banana and a cherry.
Snow Berry
Inspired by the Scottish dessert cranachan. Spicy dark fruits and berry flavours are combined with creamy malty sweetness - an absolute treat!
INGREDIENTS:
25ml Cotswolds Cream Liqueur
25ml Cotswolds Hedgerow Gin
10ml Cotswolds Single Malt Whisky
15ml honey syrup
50ml oat milk
HOW TO CREATE:
Place all of the ingredients into an ice-filled cocktail shaker, shake and strain into a coupe or martini glass. Garnish with blackberries.
