45ml Cotswolds Cream Liqueur
22.5ml Cotswolds Single Malt Whisky
22.5ml Crème de Cacao Liqueur

Place all the ingredients into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with chocolate around the rim of the glass.
Spring Clean
A delicious bounty of tart, sweet & floral flavours, made more complex with the juniper spice from the gin. To make the cocktail longer and extra refreshing, add a splash of soda.
INGREDIENTS:
50ml Cotswolds Dry Gin
25ml rhubarb liqueur
25ml lemon juice
15ml lavender syrup or sugar syrup
Top up with soda
HOW TO CREATE:
Place all of the ingredients into an ice-filled cocktail shaker, shake and strain over ice into a gin glass. Top up with soda, stir and serve. Garnish with thyme and lemon peel.
Chocolate Sazerac
A time to reflect. This riff on the classic Sazerac cocktail is rich and complex with tantalising liquorice-like aromatics, and a dark chocolatey finish.
INGREDIENTS:
60ml Cotswolds Single Malt Whisky
15ml Absinthe
15ml Chocolate wine
2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
HOW TO CREATE:
Fill a small stemmed glass with ice, absinthe and top with water. Place all the other ingredients into an ice-filled cocktail jar and stir several times until chilled and diluted. Discard the ice, absinthe & water from the glass and pour the contents of the cocktail jar into the absinthe coated glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
