The 11th January officially marks National Hot Toddy Day, and we think you'll agree that it couldn't come at a better time of year with all this chilly weather we're experiencing! What is more comforting on a cold winter's night than a Hot Toddy by the fire?

Based on a traditional Hot Toddy, we like to make this warm winter delight using Cotswolds Single Malt Whisky, lemon, spice and a touch of honey - it couldn't be easier to make! Cotswolds Hot Toddy
INGREDIENTS:
50ml Cotswolds Single Malt Whisky
20ml lemon juice
Bar spoon of honey
2 slices of fresh lemon
Cloves
HOW TO CREATE:
Stud the rind of the lemon slices with the cloves. Combine all ingredients in a heat-proof glass. Top up with hot water and stir until the honey has melted and the spices have infused. Garnish with a cinnamon stick. Cheers!
