Toast the arrival of spring with one of these delicious gin cocktails, expertly created by our Head of Mixology, Oliver Morris. Fresh, floral and fruity, these refreshing serves are the perfect way to welcome in the new season.
Cotswolds Gin Sour
A variation on the classic. Silky smooth, with fresh citrus to balance the complexity of the gin.
INGREDIENTS50ml Cotswolds Dry Gin
25ml lime juice
12.5ml sugar syrup
½ egg white (optional)
2 dashes of aromatic bitters (such as Angostura)
Place all ingredients into an ice-filled shaker, shake and serve over ice in an Old Fashioned glass.

Mint & lime wedge.

Cotswolds Blossom
An aromatic cocktail, delicate and dry. The tartness of the grapefruit enhances the citrus elements of the gin, finishing with a floral note.
Shake all ingredients over ice, fine strain & serve into a chilled martini glass.

G, Tea & T
A light and refreshing tea-based cocktail. Deliciously floral with a sweet finish. We made our own tea from linden leaves, but any light fruit tea would work here.
INGREDIENTS25ml elderflower liqueur
30ml cold linden blossom tea (or a fruit tea)
12ml lime juice
8ml sugar syrup
Indian tonic water
Place first 5 ingredients into an ice-filled shaker, shake and strain over ice in a highball glass, top up with tonic & serve.

Franchino's Negroni
Named after our head distiller, Nickolas Franchino. This namesake cocktail is bittersweet, full of Italian spirit, and rather refreshing.
INGREDIENTSPlace first 5 ingredients into an ice-filled shaker, shake and strain over ice in a highball glass, top up with tonic & serve.
