3 x drops of Grapefruit Bitters METHOD:
Add the gin and vermouth to a mixing jar and fill with ice. Give it a good stir, 14 or 15 times, before fine straining into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a twist of pink grapefruit peel and a couple drops of bitters.
50ml Cotswolds Dry Gin
25ml fresh lemon juice
25ml sugar syrup
Soda water METHOD:
Fill a highball glass with ice and add the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup. Top up with soda warer, stir gently and garnish with a slice of lemon.
Baharat de la Casa
60ml Cotswolds Baharat Gin
30ml fresh lime juice
15ml agave syrup
10 coriander leaves
3 x slices of fresh red chilli
Muddle the coriander and chilli in the base of a shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients, add ice, shake and strain into an ice-filled tumbler. Garnish with a slice of fresh chilli.
Stir the gin into a mug of warm cloudy apple juice. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and star anise.
Pour the gin and cranberry juice into a Champagne flute and top up with Champagne. Gently stir and garnish with fresh blackberries.
