3 x drops of Grapefruit Bitters METHOD:
Add the gin and vermouth to a mixing jar and fill with ice. Give it a good stir, 14 or 15 times, before fine straining into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a twist of pink grapefruit peel and a couple drops of bitters.
50ml Cotswolds Old Tom Gin
25ml fresh lemon juice
25ml sugar syrup
Soda water METHOD:
Fill a highball glass with ice and add the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup. Top up with soda warer, stir gently and garnish with a slice of lemon.
50ml 1616 Barrel-Aged Gin
15ml The Kings Ginger Liqueur
15ml lime juice
8ml triple sec
Ginger ale or ginger beer
Place the first four ingredients into an ice filled shaker, shake and strain into ice filled copper mug & top up with ginger ale or ginger beer. Sir and garnish with mint, lime and ginger.
Wildflower Gin Spritz
50ml No.1 Wildflower Gin
Fill a copa glass with ice and pour in the gin. Top with tonic water, stir and garnish with a slice of orange.
Pour the gin and cranberry juice into a Champagne flute and top up with Champagne. Gently stir and garnish with fresh blackberries.
