About our Products
How can I buy your spirits?
Either buy them direct online in our shop or check out our where to buy section for a list of national retailers. Or shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can see what we can do to help. If our drinks aren’t available in your local then give your barman a nudge and suggest that they give us a try!
Why has my spirit gone cloudy?
We don’t believe in chill-filtering our spirits (a process we think damages the flavour and texture, during which certain compounds like oils are removed so the spirit stays clear) so when the Cotswolds Dry Gin gets cold or diluted the oils from the botanicals come out of solution and form a pearlescent cloudiness. Non-chill-filtered means more flavour and a richer texture, so we’re all for it.
How should I serve your drinks?
We always say there are no rules when it comes to how best to enjoy a drink – it’s all about creating the perfect drink for each person and each occasion! So you can sip our gin neat, over ice or in a refreshing gin & tonic – try it with lots of ice, a slice of pink grapefruit and a fresh bay leaf, topped with a splash of classic Indian tonic water. And the same goes for our whiskies – from neat to in elaborate cocktails, it’s all up to you. Check out our suggested cocktail recipes.
About our Distillery
Can I come and look around your distillery?
Our tiny little distillery is a very busy place, with production running all day, seven days a week. We love showing people the production in action, so we’ve very happy to welcome visitors on tours, but it does mean that unfortunately we can’t allow the public access unless they are on a booked tour. Please make sure you have booked a place on a tour before you arrive, as the tours are usually sold out on the day and we won’t be able to show you around at other times. Book your tour tickets here.
Can I try before I buy?
Is there car parking at the Distillery?
Indeed, free parking every day.
How long is the Distillery tour?
Between an hour and an hour and a half.
Who is allowed on tours?
This is a working distillery and the tour enters the production area so unfortunately we can’t allow children under the age of 8. Children between 8 and 18 must be supervised at all times and obviously won’t be able to partake in the tasting (sorry kids!).
Is the distillery accessible?
There is no seating in the distillery or warehouse, and visitors should be aware that this is a standing/walking tour. However, the visitor centre and distillery are wheelchair-accessible. The only part of the production area that isn’t is the gantry, which is up a flight of stairs. The tour group goes up to the gantry for a brief look around (5 mins) at the processes that have been described already on the tour, so it’s not a crucial element of the experience.
Because production carries on around the tours, the distillery is quite noisy but unfortunately we are unable to use microphones or have a hearing loop due to the ATEX restrictions. Please also be aware that particularly in summer the distillery will be very hot.
