Our Hedgerow Gin is made from the finest local fruit and berries, macerated slowly in our award-winning Cotswolds Dry Gin before being barrel-aged in ex-red wine casks.
Due to the large amount of fresh fruit that we use to make our Hedgerow Gin, you may notice a small amount of sediment in your gin. Don't worry - this is a natural occurrence and isn't anything to worry about - it just means your gin will taste even more delicious!

An assortment of sloes, bullace, damsons and blackberries - all of which make a terrific fruity drink when combined with our delicious Cotswolds Dry Gin.
Nose: Fragrant with sweet, stone fruits and light woody notes.
Palate: Spicy wood perfectly supports the full-bodied dark fruit and berry flavours.
Finish: Dry with wood spice.
Our Cotswolds Barrel-Aged Hedgerow Gin is made from an assortment of the finest local fruit and berries, macerated slowly in our award-winning Cotswolds Dry Gin before being barrel-aged in ex-red wine casks for 3-4 months. It is then removed from cask, slow-pressed, blended and lightly sweetened.
Perfect in both summer and winter, we love to sip our Barrel-Aged Hedgerow Gin neat or over ice. You could always try it mixed with champagne or in a hot drink - enjoy!
