Our Cotswolds Limoncello is our take on the classic Italian lemon liqueur. Made entirely by hand here at the distillery using pure wheat spirit, freshly peeled lemon zest, sweet orange essence and a touch of sugar syrup, our slightly bitter Limoncello is lighter and drier than any you've tried before. It's delicious served ice-cold as an after-dinner digestivo, or topped up with prosecco. Enjoy!

The finest ingredients
We use pure wheat spirit as the base, to which we add freshly peeled Italian lemon zest, orange essence and a touch of sugar to sweeten.
Nose: Fragrant zesty lemon notes backed up by some subtle sweet orange.
Palate: Fresh, dry and balanced.
Finish: A hint of bitterness and a long finish.
We peel the lemons by hand, including a bit of the white pith which balances the sweetness of the limoncello perfectly. We soak the peels in pure wheat spirit for a month to extract as much flavour as possible and then add orange essence, filtered water and a touch of sugar syrup to sweeten.
Our Cotswolds Limoncello is delicious either on the rocks or straight from the freezer as an after-dinner digestivo. For a longer, refreshing serve, try topping with prosecco!
