The finest ingredients
We use only the finest locally-roasted Malabar and Enorga beans from the Monsoon Estates Coffee Company, distilled along with aromatic ingredients, including fresh orange peel and cassia bark.
Nose: An enticing bouquet of dark chocolate and fresh orange with notes of freshly roasted coffee, caramel and spice biscuit.
Palate: Lightly bitter coffee paired with sweet orange leads the charge, followed closely by aromatic notes of spiced gingerbread biscuit. It has a wonderfully rich and luxurious mouthfeel.
Finish: Warming and well balanced. Velvety coffee with a touch of chocolate ornage and a hint of spice. We think it's rather moreish.
We start by cold-brewing a rich coffee roasted locally by Monsoon Estates Coffee Company. This is then carefully distilled in our beautiful copper Holstein still with fresh orange peel and our own blend of coriander seed, cassia bark, and cinnamon.
Serve ice cold into a chilled martini glass for a perfect cocktail every time.
