Introducing “The Dan”. Aged in an American Oak hogshead cask seasoned with Pedro Ximenez sherry, this whisky showcases distinctive notes of chocolate-covered raisins, candied pecans and vanilla. This limited edition single cask whisky crafted from 100% Cotswolds-grown barley.
Named after Dan Szor, our Founder, who has chosen this as his favourite cask for Christmas!
Distilled on 18th June 2017, and bottled at 61.9% ABV here at the Cotswolds Distillery. Each bottle is presented in a luxury display carton.

We try, where possible, to emphasise the rich agricultural bounty of the Cotswolds.
