Ingredients
(Serves 1):
• 50ml Cotswolds Dry Gin
• 25ml fresh lemon juice
• 15ml honey syrup (made with Cotswolds Distillery Honey)
We've used our delicate Cotswolds Distillery honey which is available to purchase from our retail shops in Broadway, Stourton and Bourton-on-the-Water.
How to make
Create a honey syrup:
Add 30ml of honey and 30ml of water into a small saucepan over medium heat.
Stir until the honey is dissolved.
Allow to cool and transfer to an airtight container. Syrup will keep, refrigerated, for up to 1 month.
To make the cocktail:
Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass. Shake over ice for 10 seconds and strain into a chilled coupe. Simple, refined, and buzzing with flavour.
