We deliver our whisky and gin across the UK and to selected countries in Europe. Every bottle is carefully packed in fully recyclable packaging, so it reaches you safely wherever you are. UK delivery is free on orders over £50. Order by 5pm Monday to Thursday and your bottles will be with you the next working day. Online Returns Policy
If you have any issues with your online order and would like a refund, please get in touch with us at deliveries@cotswoldsdistillery.com. We will endeavour to refund the full value of any product(s) purchased if the conditions below are met.

How much does UK delivery cost?
Delivery to England, Wales and Scotland costs £4.95, or is free on all orders over £50. Delivery to Northern Ireland costs £16.95. Please note, gift cards don't count towards the £50 free delivery threshold.
How long does UK delivery take?

Can I return whisky or gin if I change my mind?
Yes, within 7 days of receiving your UK order. The bottle needs to be unopened and in resalable condition, and returned to us at:

We're not able to refund postage on returns unless the item itself is faulty.
What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
Let us know within 48 hours of receipt, ideally with a photo, at deliveries@cotswoldsdistillery.com. We'll refund your return postage and either send a free replacement or refund the order in full, usually within 30 days. In some cases we may need the item back for quality checks, and we'll arrange courier collection if so.
What should I do if my parcel looks damaged when it arrives?
If there's clear breakage or leakage at the point of delivery, refuse the parcel and ask the courier to return it to us. Then get in touch at deliveries@cotswoldsdistillery.com and we'll sort a replacement or refund.
Can I return an order delivered outside the UK?
Get in touch at deliveries@cotswoldsdistillery.com and we'll talk you through returns and refunds for international orders.
How will i be refunded?
Any refund goes back onto the card used for the original purchase.
