Our Cotswolds White Pheasant New Make Spirit provides an opportunity to try our single malt spirit before it goes into cask, where it will mature into single malt whisky. Bottled at cask strength, it delivers tropical fruit notes of banana, pear drops, toasted oats and barley sugars.

Malt: 100% locally grown, traditionally floor-malted barley from the Cotswolds. Yeast: Two complementary varieties - Anchor and Fermentis - to ensure good yields and excellent fruity flavours. Water: Village water supply - filtered, softened and demineralised before use.

Free UK delivery on orders over £50 to addresses in England, Wales and Scotland.

UK delivery: Sent with DPD on a next working day service. Order by 5pm Monday to Thursday and it should arrive the next working day. Weekend orders usually arrive on Tuesday.

EU delivery: Sent from our EU warehouse and usually delivered within 3 to 7 working days, depending on where you are.
