Our distillery is the first full-scale distillery in the Cotswolds. We opened our doors in September 2014 and have welcomed visitors to the site every day since. We couldn’t ask for a better location. Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the desire to reflect the natural beauty of the Cotswolds and honour its heritage runs through everything we do here –we use local ingredients and traditional processes, and partner with other local producers.
