Hidden Still Launch 22 MAY 2026
Join us on Friday, 22nd May from 5–9pm as we celebrate the official opening of The Hidden Still — our brand-new distillery bar and cocktail experience at Cotswolds Distillery.
Expect an unforgettable evening of:
- Exceptional cocktails curated by our mixologist Ollie
- Freshly made pizza
- Live music on the terrace
- The first taste of our brand-new summer spritz
Set against the backdrop of our whisky distillery in the heart of the Cotswolds, this is the perfect way to kick off the summer season.

Distillery Session - Young Musicians’ Showcase 28 MAY 2026
On the last Thursday of every month, the distillery plays host to a wonderful music night. Come along for a night of live music, pizza and cocktails in our Still House Cafe.
Join us on 28th May for a chance to see some of the rising stars in the local area, including the winner of the overall prize at the 2026 Chipping Norton Music Festival. We're thrilled to be able to provide these fantastic up-and-coming young musicians with a stage to show people what they do.
From 6:00pm* where you will be able to taste some of our award-winning spirits & order from a selection of pizzas and other food from the café until 7pm.
*Music will begin at 7:00pm at which point the shop & café will close, we are limiting numbers to accommodate for a comfortable environment.

Summer settles in, Hidden Still open each Friday and Saturday, with longer days, shared occasions, and easy gatherings.
Still House Café: Extended Hours 8 JUNE - 1 SEPTEMBER 2026
Golden afternoons, stretching into early evening. Join us Wednesday–Saturday, 3:30–6pm over the summer months, for late lunch early dinner pizza, snacks and great drinks.
No bookings needed. Simply turn up and grab a table.
Father's Day Weekend 20 - 21 JUNE 2026
A weekend of cocktails and Old-Fashioned masterclasses, alongside food from Hereford’s kitchen (think pulled pork, sliders), all best paired with a Cotswolds Signature Highball and amazing cocktails. A few thoughtful extras along the way.

Distillery Session 25 JUNE 2026
On the last Thursday of every month, the distillery plays host to a wonderful music night. Come along for a night of live music, pizza and cocktails in our Still House Cafe.
Join us on 25th June for the return to the Distillery of Warwickshire-based band, who were inspired by Martin Scorcese’s 1978 film The Last Waltz (about the final concert by Canadian group The Band and who backed Bob Dylan in the 1960s) and have built a show around it. They will also be showcasing their own material. This performance is part of the Shipston Proms Music Festival 2026.

Wimbledon at the Distillery 29 JUNE - 12 JULY 2026
The season of tennis, reimagined. Sun on the terrace, screens in view, something exceptional in your glass. Settle into a deckchair and watch the game unfold.

Distillery Sessions - James Oliver Band with Norman Watt-Roy 23 JULY 2026
Each month, the distillery plays host to a wonderful music night. Come along for a night of live music, pizza and cocktails in our Still House Cafe.
Join us on Thursday, 23rd July to see James Oliver and his band play a dynamic mixture of Rock & Roll, Rhythm & Blues, and Twang favourites. Legendary bass player Norman Watt-Roy, who was in the original Ian Dury and The Blockkheads line-up, will be with the band for this one.
