
A smooth, creamy take on the espresso martini with a Cotswolds twist.
Ingredients
(Serves 1):
35ml Cotswolds Cream Liqueur
25ml Espresso (freshly brewed, cooled slightly)
25ml Coffee Liqueur (e.g. Tia Maria)
Optional: 10ml Vanilla Syrup
How to make
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until the tin feels ice-cold.
Double strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
Garnish with three coffee beans.
