A festive take on the classic bramble with warming mulled flavours that pair perfectly with the tartness of lemon and sweetness of blackberry. Made using our delicious Cotswolds Christmas Gin.
Ingredients
(Serves 1):
- 50ml Cotswolds Christmas Gin
- 20ml Mulled Blackberry Liqueur
- 25ml Fresh lime juice
- 10ml Honey syrup 2:1
- A handful of blackberries
- 1 Lemon
How to make
Add the gin, lime juice, and honey syrup to a shaker filled with ice.
Shake well and strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice.
Drizzle the mulled blackberry liqueur over the top to create a layered effect.
Garnish with fresh blackberries and a lemon slice.
