The Cloudy Martini

Where tradition meets romance — a silky, cloud-kissed martini that captures the elegance of a golden-hour toast.

Ingredients

(Serves 1):
75ml Cotswolds Dry Gin
15ml Vermouth
Peel of grapefruit
Handful of ice

How to make

Fill a mixing glass with ice.

Add the gin and vermouth.

Stir gently for 20–30 seconds until well chilled.

Strain into a chilled martini glass.

Garnish: Peel some grapefruit and express the oils over the glass (as shown in the photo). Put the peel into the glass to serve.
