Ingredients (Serves 1):
- 50ml Cotswolds Dry Gin
- 20ml elderflower liqueur
- Topped with soda water
- Handful of ice
-Garnish: apple slice & rosemary
- Optional: Go premium by adding 100ml Prosecco and lowering the soda
How to make
Combine all ingredients into a gin copa glass. Garnish with an apple slice and a sprig of fresh rosemary.
