Ingredients
(Serves 1):
30ml Cotswolds Distillery Dry Gin
30ml Asterley Bros Schofield’s Dry Vermouth
30ml Luxardo Bitter Bianco
Garnish: Pink grapefruit twist
Handful of ice
How to make
Place the ice and all of the ingredients into a mixing glass whilst stirring for 20-30 seconds.
Double strain the liquid into a chilled rocks glass with a large ice cube.
Garnish with the grapefruit twist to finish.
