COTSWOLDS MADEIRA CASK - SINGLE CASK

Regular price £94.95
59.5% 700ml
Made with 100% locally grown barley from the Cotswolds, this limited edition single malt whisky was matured in a single cask which previously held the Portuguese fortified wine of Madeira. Filled on the 29th April 2016 and aged full-term at our distillery in the Cotswolds, we bottled this expression on-site at 59.5% ABV on the 3rd February 2022. A deliciously sweet single malt with notes of candied orange, caramelised figs and sweet wildflower honey. Each bottle comes beautifully presented in a luxury display carton.

Non-chill filtered. Natural colour.

Best enjoyed on it’s own, but we don’t believe in rules when it comes to drinking whisky – sip this neat, over ice, in a cocktail – however you like!

    Made In the Cotswolds

The Cotswolds is hugely important to us; in fact, it defines every aspect of our being. We feel extremely lucky to live in one of England's most charming and beloved regions, full of character, romance and history. We try, where possible, to emphasise the rich agricultural bounty of the Cotswolds. The principle things that grow in the Cotswolds are fruits and grains, and these are the building blocks of our flavour profiles.
