A beautiful honeyed whisky full of zesty citrus and orchard fruit. Made with 100% locally grown barley from the Cotswolds, this limited edition single malt whisky was matured full-term in a single (first-fill ex-Calvados) cask. Filled on the 10th of September 2016 and bottled on-site at 54% ABV.

This cask was chosen by Alice, our Distillery Manager find out her reason below.

"The Calvados casks in our inventory have always been a favourite of mine. The light apple flavour and subtle, sweet wood are the perfect pairing for our equally light and fruity spirit. It displays the distillery character that the team and I work so hard for. This cask in particular strikes what I think is the perfect balance between these two elements. Whilst also celebrating the versatility of our spirit in cask type beyond what you typically see in our core whisky range."

On the nose, it welcomes you with inviting aromas of warm stewed apples and subtle star anise. Your palate will be treated to the harmonious blend of brown sugar, dark chocolate, and toasted almonds. The finish is a perfect balance of light and fruity, leaving you with lingering apple notes.

Enjoyed neat, over ice, or mixed with a premium soda to make a whisky highball, or as a key ingredient in a classic Manhattan cocktail.

Each bottle comes beautifully presented in a luxury display carton. Only 310 bottles have been made available.

    Made In the Cotswolds

The Cotswolds is hugely important to us; in fact, it defines every aspect of our being. We feel extremely lucky to live in one of England's most charming and beloved regions, full of character, romance and history. We try, where possible, to emphasise the rich agricultural bounty of the Cotswolds. The principle things that grow in the Cotswolds are fruits and grains, and these are the building blocks of our flavour profiles.
