We’re proud to unveil our latest limited-edition single-cask whisky – Field to Cask: Akeman Street Farm (59% ABV) – a release that celebrates the very beginning of our story. Available for £125 a bottle.
From soil to spirit, every drop of our whisky is rooted in the land we call home. The Field to Cask Series celebrates the farms that grow our story – one cask at a time. Each limited-edition release is named in tribute to the farm where its journey continues.
This third edition honours Akeman Street Farm, the birthplace of our heritage barley. Set along the ancient Roman road that lends it its name, this land marks the true start of our whisky’s story – a place where every grain carries the imprint of history.
Crafted and matured full term in cask #699, a first-fill bourbon cask filled in July 2016. Bottled in November 2024, this whisky reveals layers of spiced quince, honeycomb and marzipan, leading to a delicate finish of pear and crème pâtissière.
With only 186 bottles available, this limited release stands as a true celebration of provenance, craft and place.
