Ingredients
(Serves 1):
25ml Cotswolds Signature Single Malt
25ml Campari
25ml Sweet Vermouth
Garnish: Orange twist
One large ice cube or a handful of ice
How to make
Take your rocks glass and add the whisky, Campari and sweet vermouth.
Fill the glass ¾ full with ice and, using your bar spoon, stir the ingredients to combine and incorporate the ice.
Top with more ice if necessary, then garnish with an orange twist.
