The cocktail is complex and moreish with honeyed malt at the heart, a rich caramelised bitterness and sweet botanical spice.
Ingredients
60ml Cotswolds Signature Single Malt Whisky
30ml Cotswolds Vermouth
1 x dash of aromatic bitters
How to make
Place all of the ingredients into an ice-filled cocktail jar, stir and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
