Cotswolds Dry Gin: A juniper-led gin with fresh citrus and a hint of lavender, with so many botanicals that a pearlescent cloud appears when you add ice or tonic. Old Tom: Our Old Tom Gin features botanicals historically found in traditional Old Tom recipes dating back to the 1700s, including orange peel, liquorice and angelica root. Sweetened with a touch of sugar syrup, our Cotswolds Old Tom Gin is delicate and fragrant with notes of candied orange, light herbal notes and faint ginger spice and is delicious enjoyed either with tonic or in a Tom Collins cocktail.
Cotswolds Dry Gin: Crafted with nine carefully considered botanicals, including juniper berries, coriander seed, angelica root, locally grown Cotswold lavender, freshly peeled pink grapefruit and lime zest, bay leaves, cardamom seed and black peppercorn. Old Tom Gin: Crafted with a traditional selection of botanicals including juniper berries, orange peel, liquorice and angelica root, before being gently sweetened with a touch of sugar syrup to create its smooth, delicately sweet character.
