We are delighted to announce the release of Hearts & Crafts 7 - Madeira Cask Single Malt Whisky (54% ABV), the seventh expression in our annual Hearts & Crafts series.
This series celebrates the Arts & Crafts movement, which flourished in the Cotswolds during the late 19th century and championed the value of traditional craftsmanship – the same principles upon which our distillery was founded. Each release reflects this spirit through thoughtful cask selection, patient maturation, and a dedication to creating whisky of exceptional character.
For this limited-edition release, we have selected a whisky distilled from 100% floor-malted Cotswolds barley and matured entirely in American oak Madeira casks. Casked in April 2016 and bottled in June 2026, this remarkable whisky has spent a full decade developing a rich and indulgent character. The influence of the Madeira casks brings layers of ripe fruit, confectionery sweetness, and gentle spice, creating a whisky that is both elegant and deeply rewarding.
Only 1,200 bottles have been produced, making this one of the rarest releases in the Hearts & Crafts series to date. Each bottle is presented in a beautifully designed tube inspired by one of the leading figures of the Arts & Crafts movement, whose enduring connection to the Cotswolds continues to inspire the series.

Serving SUGGESTIONS
Made In the Cotswolds
The Cotswolds is hugely important to us; in fact, it defines every aspect of our being. We feel extremely lucky to live in one of England's most charming and beloved regions, full of character, romance and history. We try, where possible, to emphasise the rich agricultural bounty of the Cotswolds. The principle things that grow in the Cotswolds are fruits and grains, and these are the building blocks of our flavour profiles.
