Our limited edition Rum Cask Single Malt Whisky is the third expression in our Hearts & Crafts collection. This limited release has been aged in rejuvenated French oak ex-red wine casks seasoned with fine Caribbean rum, resulting in a well balanced single malt with notes of soft brown sugar and ripe pears. All bottles come with a limited edition William Morris design presentation tube.

    Serving SUGGESTIONS

Best enjoyed on it’s own, but we don’t believe in rules when it comes to drinking whisky – sip this neat, over ice, in a cocktail – however you like!

    Made In the Cotswolds

The Cotswolds is hugely important to us; in fact, it defines every aspect of our being. We feel extremely lucky to live in one of England's most charming and beloved regions, full of character, romance and history. We try, where possible, to emphasise the rich agricultural bounty of the Cotswolds. The principle things that grow in the Cotswolds are fruits and grains, and these are the building blocks of our flavour profiles.
