40ml Cotswolds Dry Gin
25ml lemon juice
20ml sugar syrup
Sparkling wine
Garnish: Lemon rind
How to make
Add lemon juice, sugar syrup & gin into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.
Shake & strain into a champagne flute.
Top with sparkling wine & garnish with a lemon rind.
