Join our Head of Mixology, Oliver Morris, for an interactive Cocktail Masterclass at Cotswolds Distillery.

Begin your experience with one of our signature Cloudy G&Ts before learning about the story of Cotswolds Distillery and how our founder's dream became one of England's most celebrated distilleries.

You'll then discover how we craft our award-winning Cotswolds Dry Gin before enjoying a guided gin tasting. Under Ollie's expert guidance, you'll learn the techniques behind creating beautifully balanced cocktails, from stirring the perfect Martini to shaking a classic Sour. Throughout the masterclass, you'll create and enjoy a selection of seasonal cocktails while picking up professional tips and tricks to recreate them at home.

The experience finishes with a tasting of exclusive distillery releases before you have the opportunity to browse our shop.

We want every guest to enjoy their Cocktail Masterclass safely and responsibly.

If you'd prefer not to consume alcohol during the experience, we're happy to adapt selected cocktails using low or no-alcohol alternatives where appropriate. Spittoons are also available throughout the masterclass for any spirit tastings.

To get the most out of the experience, we recommend arranging transport in advance so everyone in your party can relax and enjoy the evening without worrying about the journey home.

Please note that some spirits used during the masterclass range from 46%–60.4% ABV. While our team are always happy to discuss the experience and available options, they are unable to advise on drink-drive limits or whether an individual is safe to drive.

Please note that our Cocktail Masterclasses take place on the first floor and are only accessible via stairs. Unfortunately, this experience is not suitable for wheelchair users or guests who are unable to manage stairs.

Still House Café

Planning to join us before your Cocktail Masterclass? Our Still House Café serves delicious wood-fired pizzas, brunch and lunch until 3:30pm, making it the perfect place to enjoy a meal before your 4:00pm masterclass. During the booking process, you'll have the option to add one of our wood-fired pizzas to your visit.

Continue the Evening at The Hidden Still

Your Cocktail Masterclass finishes at 6:00pm, making it the perfect opportunity to continue your evening at The Hidden Still, our outdoor cocktail bar, open every Friday and Saturday from 5:00pm–9:00pm throughout the summer.

Overlooking the beautiful Cotswolds countryside, it's the ideal place to relax with friends and enjoy our full range of signature cocktails, award-winning spirits and seasonal serves after your masterclass.
