Celebrate Her Majesty the Queen's Platinum Jubilee with these refreshing cocktail recipes, carefully created by our Head of Mixology, Oliver Morris. Perfect for entertaining over the long weekend!

 

jubilee english 75 cocktail

 

English 70

INGREDIENTS:

 

30ml Cotswolds Dry Gin
15ml lemon juice
15ml elderflower syrup
English sparkling wine

 

HOW TO MAKE:

Pour the lemon juice, elderflower syrup and gin into a cocktail shaker then fill up with ice. Shake and strain into a champagne flute. Top with English sparkling wine and gently stir. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.

 

 

A Regal Bearing

INGREDIENTS:

 

25ml Cotswolds Signature Single Malt Whisky
25ml Triple sec
25ml Dubonnet
English sparkling wine

 

HOW TO MAKE:

Place first three ingredients into an ice-filled cocktail jar and stir until chilled. Fine strain into a champagne coupe and top up with a splash of sparkling wine. Garnish with orange peel.

 

jubilee mint rickey cocktail

 

Royal Mint Rickey

INGREDIENTS:

50ml Cotswolds Dry Gin
25ml fresh lime juice
15ml sugar syrup
12 mint leaves
Soda water or sparkling wine

HOW TO MAKE:

Lightly bruise the mint leaves in the base of a glass, then add the gin, lime juice and sugar syrup. Half fill a copa glass with ice and stir with a bar spoon. Fill the glass with more ice, top up with soda or sparkling wine, stir and serve. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

INGREDIENTS:

 

60ml Cotswolds Signature Single Malt Whisky
15ml fresh lemon juice
30ml apple juice
15ml maple syrup
2 x dashes of aromatic bitters
Ginger ale

 

HOW TO MAKE:

Place all of the ingredients into an ice-filled shaker apart from the ginger ale. Shake and strain into a hi-ball glass and top up with ginger ale. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of orange.
