A rich and indulgent twist on the classic espresso martini, where the malt sweetness and warm spice of Cotswolds Signature Whisky complements the deep coffee flavours, balanced by the smooth sweetness of honey and Tia Maria.
Ingredients
(Serves 1):
- 40ml Cotswolds Distillery Signature Single Malt Whisky
- 35ml Shot Fresh Espresso
- 20ml Tia Maria - cold brew coffee liqueur
- 10ml Honey Syrup 2:1
- A couple of coffee beans to decorate (optional)
How to make
Add all ingredients into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.
Shake vigorously until well chilled. Fine strain the liquid into a chilled Martini glass.
Garnish with three coffee beans.
