This Elderflower Whisky Highball is a beautifully balanced blend of our Signature single malt whisky and subtly sweet elderflower tonic – a light, floral serve that’s as easy to sip as it is on the palate. A fresh and elegant cocktail best enjoyed on long sunny days.
Ingredients
(Serves 1):
- 50ml Cotswolds Signature Single Malt Whisky
- 1 bottle of Double Dutch Elderflower Tonic Water
- A handful of ice
- A slice of lemon
How to make
Pour the whisky into a tall highball glass and top with ice.
Pour in the Double Dutch Elderflower tonic water into the glass.
Stir gently to combine them together.
Embellish with a slice of lemon.
