Ingredients
(Serves 1):
- 50ml Cotswolds Distillery Dry Gin
- 15ml Rhubarb Liqueur
- 25ml Apple Juice
- 10ml lemon juice
- Rose Champagne or Ginger ale
How to make
Place first four ingredients into an ice filled
shaker, shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice, top up with rose champagne or ginger ale.
Embellish with rhubarb in the shape of a heart.
