50ml Cotswolds Hedgerow Gin
150ml Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic
A handful of ice
Garnish: 1 Blackberry & Fresh Elderflower
How to make
Pour the Cotswolds Hedgerow Gin into a gin balloon or highball.
Add a handful of ice into your glass and top with the tonic. Stir to combine.
Garnish with a blackberry and fresh elderflower when it's in season.
