Ingredients
(Serves 1):
25ml Cotswolds Wildflower No.1 Gin
25ml Sweet Vermouth
1 long ice cube or a handful of ice cubes
Sparkling wine
Garnish: Orange rind
How to make
Add gin & vermouth into a highball glass with ice.
Gently add in the sparkling wine. Stir with a bar spoon to combine.
Garnish with an orange rind.
