Ingredients
(Serves 1):
50ml Cotswolds Dry Gin
150ml Fever-Tree Premium Indian Tonic Water
Handful of ice
Garnish: Grapefruit slice & a bay leaf
How to make
Pour the Cotswolds Dry Gin into a highball or copa glass, add a handful of ice to the top of the glass and top with your tonic.
Stir to combine.
Garnish with a slice of fresh grapefruit and a bay leaf.
