25ml Cotswolds Dry Gin
25ml Campari
25ml Sweet Vermouth
Garnish: Orange twist or wheel
Handful of ice
How to make
Fill a rocks glass with ice.
Pour the gin, Campari and vermouth over the ice.
Quickly stir the ice in the glass down to a dilution you like, then garnish with an orange twist or wheel.
