
Sometimes the simplest serves are the most satisfying. Why not try this Whisky Soda Highball? It combines our Signature single malt whisky with chilled soda water and a twist of grapefruit, creating a light, crisp cocktail which is effortlessly elegant.
Ingredients
(Serves 1):
- 50ml Cotswolds Signature Single Malt Whisky
- 1 bottle of Fever Tree Soda Water
- A twist of grapefruit peel
- A handful of ice
How to make
Pour the whisky into a tall highball glass and top with ice.
Pour in the Fever Tree Soda Water into the glass.
Stir gently to combine them together.
Using a peeler, peel a piece of grapefruit skin and twist it over the top of the cocktail to release its fragrance.
Add the twist of grapefruit into the glass to finish.
