Ingredients
(Serves 1):
- 50ml Cotswolds Distillery Gin No.1
- 25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 25ml Passionfruit Syrup
- 15ml Egg Whites or Aquafaba
How to make
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker without ice (dry shake) to emulsify the egg whites or aquafaba.
Add ice and shake again to chill. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Embellish with a peel of orange or an edible flower.
