Scratchcard Terms & Conditions
By participating in the competition you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by Cotswolds Distillery.
Eligibility to Enter
The scratchcard competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age. Cotswolds Distillery employees and associates are excluded from the draw.
By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.
There is a limit of one entry per person and the competition is completely free to enter.
The Prizes
The scratchcards will have the below prizes
10% off first online or;
A free drink at the bar (2%) or;
1 bottle of Cotswolds Distillery Gin or;
1 bottle of Cotswolds Distillery Whisky;
1 mid week night stay at Feldon Valley & Cotswolds Distillery tour.
Each of the prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.
Cotswolds Distillery's decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Terms and Conditions of the mid-week night stay at Feldon Valley.

A complimentary stay at the Main Lodge Standard room (max 2 people stay)
Breakfast included for 2 people
Valid till 1st May 2024 (Excluding Christmas/New Year’s)
Golf & Solstice Wellbeing treatments are subject to availability and not included
All extras to be paid upon departure
Card details will be requested upon check in for Hotel security
Cancellation policy: 7 days before arrival date.
Terms and Conditions of the Distillery Tour
We will take your details at the event and be in touch with full details
You will need to book you Cotswolds Distillery Tour in advance
Valid till 1st May 2024, only on days the Distillery is open
No cash alternatives or free bottles on the day of tour.
Winner Announcement
Everyone who joins the Cotswolds Distillery Club on the day of event will receive a scratchcard, where there will be an option to win any of the above prizes listed.
Only one person will win a bottle of Gin. Only one person will win a bottle of Whisky. And only one person will win a mid-week night stay at Feldon Valley & Distillery tour.
The free drink, bottle of gin and bottle of whisky will need to be claimed at the event.
Delivery of the Prize
If you are the winner of the mid-week night stay at Feldon Valley & Distillery tour we will take you full details at the event and later provide you with all the information you need to claim the prize.
Data Protection and Publicity
You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Cotswolds Distillery for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy. By signing up to the Cotswolds Distillery Club you agree to marketing communications from Cotswolds Distillery.
All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing info@cotswoldsdistillery.com.
Limitation of Liability
Cotswolds Distillery accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
General
Cotswolds Distillery reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
