Indulgence in a bottle

We blend our Cotswolds new make single malt spirit with fresh, rich Irish cream for a liqueur that's silky, sweet and very hard to resist. Best served over ice. Once opened, keep in the fridge and enjoy within six months. 17% ABV.

Local barley

Grown 15 minutes away at Akeman Street Farm and traditionally floor-malted.

Whisky Cream Hot Chocolate

A rich, velvety hot chocolate blended with Cotswolds Cream Liqueur, the ultimate winter warmer.

You'll need

  • 50ml Cotswolds Cream Liqueur
  • 3 tsp hot chocolate powder
  • 200ml milk
  • Squirty cream, to top
  • A handful of mini marshmallows (optional)

Method
Add the chocolate powder and Cream Liqueur to a mug and stir to combine. Heat the milk and pour into the mug, stirring thoroughly until smooth. Top with squirty cream and a sprinkling of mini marshmallows.
