The Harvest Collection is a celebration of field-to-bottle whisky making, using 100% locally grown barley and seasonal cask profiles that reflect the rhythm of the land. Inspired by the turning of the year and the beauty of the Cotswolds at harvest time, each release honours our roots in both place and process.

This Archive Collection brings together three exceptional editions:

• Golden Wold | 52.5% ABV
• Flaxen Vale | 53.9% ABV
• Amber Meadow | 51.6% ABV

Each whisky is presented in its original artist-designed packaging, capturing the colours, contours and quiet drama of the local landscape. A thoughtful gift or collector’s set that speaks to provenance, seasonality and the craft behind every drop.

The Whiskies Inside This Collection
Golden Wold (52.5% ABV):
Golden Wold Single Malt Whisky is the first release in our Harvest Series, crafted from a blend of select ex-Bourbon, STR red wine, and peated casks. Smooth and mellow, this whisky is as harmonious as the Cotswold landscape at the end of a fine summer, brilliantly showcasing the rich, fruity character of our single malt spirit. This edition features original artwork by local artist Josephine Trotter, capturing the iconic rolling hills that surround our rural distillery.

Amber Meadow (51.6% ABV):
Amber Meadow is the third release in our exclusive Harvest Series, embodying the light, fruity, and irresistible qualities of the Cotswolds spirit. Crafted using our finest Moscatel casks, complemented by premium ex-Bourbon casks, it delivers a harmonious blend of bright fruitiness, soft vanilla, and a subtle hint of peat. The accompanying outer tube features artwork by celebrated Cotswolds artist Lucy Pratt, whose vivid and expressive illustration captures the colours and tranquillity of the local countryside during this vital moment in the farming calendar.

Flaxen Vale (53.9% ABV):
This limited-release single malt is expertly crafted from a harmonious blend of select American Oak PX, Spanish Oak Oloroso, and peated casks. It beautifully captures the rich and fruity character of our Cotswolds Single Malt, mirroring the serene countryside at the height of summer. This release features work by Cotswolds-based artist Annabel Playfair, whose classical training and vibrant use of colour bring depth and movement to her depiction of the surrounding landscape.
