Introducing the release of our fifth Harvest Series expression, Round Hill Harvest Single Malt Whisky.

This limited release Single Malt Whisky is the fifth expression in our Harvest Series, marrying ex-maple syrup casks with Spanish oak Oloroso hogsheads, beautifully balanced by a subtle hint of peat.

Luxuriously rich and full-bodied, it delivers layers of deep sweetness, notes of malt loaf and sweet maple aromas, with soda bread, fudge and salted caramel on the palate, before a finish of cacao, demerara sugar and gentle herbal peat.

Distilled using 100% local Cotswolds barley, this release marks the fifth expression in our Harvest Series - a celebration of craftsmanship, creativity and the timeless beauty of the Cotswolds, brought to life from landscape to canvas, and canvas to cask.

Limited release of 1,200 bottles. Non-chill filtered. Natural colour.

Malt loaf and salted caramel lead the way, with sweet herbal notes and candied pecans lingering on the finish.

The Story Behind our Whisky

A new Harvest Series expression is released once a year and celebrates the Cotswolds scenery through the art of painting and whisky selection. The region attracts artists and craftsmen from around the world who are drawn to the area by the beauty of the Cotswolds.

The design for the presentation tube for this fifth release was produced by Oxfordshire-based artist Jeffrey Pratt. Jeffrey Pratt’s Past Traitors Ford captures the quiet, timeless character of the Cotswolds - a landscape with layers of time, shaped by centuries of movement, farming and changing seasons. Rather than simply depicting a place, the painting evokes the atmosphere of the countryside: its open fields, natural textures, changing light and deep sense of history.

The Making of our Whisky

This limited release of 1,200 bottles is crafted from 100% Cotswolds Barley and is our fifth expression in our Harvest Series. We've married ex-maple syrup casks with Spanish oak Oloroso hogsheads for a beautifully balanced whisky with a subtle hint of peat.

Serving SUGGESTIONS

We recommend enjoying Round Hill Harvest on its own, allowing the maple sweetness to come through in full. It's equally delicious in a cocktail, or served over ice.

The Cotswolds is hugely important to us; in fact, it defines every aspect of our being. We feel extremely lucky to live in one of England's most charming and beloved regions, full of character, romance and history. We try, where possible, to emphasise the rich agricultural bounty of the Cotswolds. The principle things that grow in the Cotswolds are fruits and grains, and these are the building blocks of our flavour profiles.
