The Hearts & Crafts Collection is our tribute to the spirit of creativity and experimentation. Inspired by the Arts & Crafts movement that flourished here in the Cotswolds, each release embraces the values of traditional craftmanship and natural beauty - the same ideals upon which our distillery was founded.

This Archive Collection brings together three of our most distinctive editions to date:

• No. 3 – Rum Cask | 55.6% ABV
• No. 4 – Banyuls Cask | 55.1% ABV
• No. 5 – Pineau des Charentes Cask | 55.2% ABV

Each expression explores a bold and unconventional cask finish, paired with original artwork inspired by the movement’s emphasis on nature, texture and form. The result is a collection that celebrates character, individuality and the artistry of whisky making.

The Whiskies Inside This Collection
No. 3 Rum Cask (55.6% ABV):
This limited-edition Rum Cask Single Malt Whisky is the third expression in our Hearts and Crafts collection. Aged in rejuvenated French oak ex red wine casks seasoned with fine Caribbean rum, this release reveals a beautifully balanced single malt with notes of soft brown sugar and ripe pears. 

No. 4 Banyuls Cask (55.1% ABV):
The fourth expression in the Hearts and Crafts collection. This single malt has been aged for its full term in French oak casks seasoned with Banyuls, a characterful dessert wine from the South West of France made using the traditional mutage technique, similar to port production. The wine offers crisp, fruity flavours with touches of coffee and chocolate that marry perfectly with our rich and fruity distillate.

No. 5 Pineau des Charentes Cask (55.2% ABV):
This Pineau des Charentes Cask Single Malt Whisky is the fifth release in the Hearts and Crafts series. For this edition, we selected a small parcel of premium French oak ex red wine casks seasoned with Pineau des Charentes, an elegant blend of Cognac and fresh grape juice. The sweet, golden aperitif character brings notes of summer berries, almond, and warm baking spices, beautifully balanced by the structure of French oak.
