Nestled in the beautiful Cotswolds countryside, our distillery offers visitors a rare opportunity to see a range of different spirits being made. The guided tours around the distillery’s production areas and warehouses give a detailed account of how we craft our spirits, and you can see (and smell!) the processes in action. At the end of the tour, you can make yourself at home in our cosy tasting room to sample the full range of our spirits and liqueurs. These award-winning tours run three times a day, seven days a week, so book a place below and come and see our Outstanding Natural Spirits up close.
Our shop and tasting room are open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 5pm and on Sundays from 11am to 4pm and have been designed with visitors in mind. We run tours every day at 11am, 1pm and 3pm but these frequently sell out in advance so be sure to book ahead, either online or by phoning our distillery on 01608 238 533, to avoid disappointment as we can’t often accommodate walk ins.
As a working distillery we are unable to accommodate any children under 8 years of age. Children aged 8-17 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times and will not be able to partake in our tasting session. You will be asked to sign a health and safety form before the tour begins. If you need to cancel a tour booking, please give at least 48 hours’ notice, in which case we will happily refund you.
Please note, the distillery is an industrial setting - guests must be dressed appropriately for entry; no open toed shoes or sandals, no high heels (the gantry has a grated floor that is unsuitable for thin heels).
Tours get booked up quickly and must be booked in advance. ID is required. If you are booking with a third-party voucher or a Cotswolds Distillery Gift Voucher please call the Shop on 01608 238 533 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to book.
Tours take approximately 90 minutes and end with a tasting in our tasting room where you can sample our full range of products (over 18s only). We provide take away samples for drivers and ask visitors to drink responsibly.
The tour goes around the whole distillery site and contains approximately 45 minutes of walking and standing. The distillery itself is quite noisy and can be very hot in summer. The site is wheelchair-accessible in all areas apart from the production gantry, which is accessed from a flight of stairs – this part of the tour lasts less than 5 minutes and is simply to see the processes that have been described in action. If you have any queries about accessibility, please give the shop a call on 01608 238 533.
From Sunday 8th October we have a limited number of bottles of our Inaugural Release Single Malt Whisky for sale in our shop. Sold on a first come, first served basis, there are 50 bottles available to buy a day, with a limit of one bottle per customer. Our Inaugural Release sold out earlier this year, so this is the only way to get your hands on a bottle. If you are unsuccessful on this occasion, we will be releasing a limited quantity of bottles for sale on our website in time for Christmas. Sign up here to reserve your bottle.
Tours run at 11am, 1pm and 3pm daily. Please select your date and click “BOOK NOW”, email email@example.com or call our shop on 01608 238 533 choosing option 1.
