How can I book an experience using a gift voucher?
If you have received a voucher for one of our experiences, please call our tours team on 01608 238 533 to book.
Please note, we cannot place any bookings made using vouchers through emails or via our website. Please call our team who will be happy to help!
Are children allowed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate children under 18 years of age on our experiences.
Under 18s are not allowed to partake in our Blending Masterclasses.
Are dogs allowed?
Dogs are not allowed on our experiences.
Do you have free parking on-site?
Yes, we have plenty of free parking available on-site.
How can I change or cancel my experience?
If you would like to change your booking, please email tours@cotswoldsdistillery.com or phone on 01608 238533.
If you would like to cancel your tour and receive a full refund, we require at least 48 hours notice for a group of 4 or less and 14 days for groups of 5 or more.
How do I book a distillery tour?
Booking a distillery tour at Cotswolds Distillery is easy. Simply visit our Experiences page, choose your preferred tour or masterclass, select an available date and time, and complete your booking online.

Can I buy a tour as a gift?
Absolutely. A Cotswolds Distillery experience makes a thoughtful gift for whisky lovers, gin enthusiasts and anyone who enjoys unique days out.
We offer digital gift cards for our experiences, including our popular Tour & Tasting, allowing the recipient to choose a date that suits them. Gift cards can be sent directly by email or printed at home if you'd prefer to give a physical copy.
How much does a distillery tour cost?
Our award-winning Tour & Tasting experience starts from £30 per person and includes a guided tour of our working distillery and cask warehouse, followed by an expert-led tasting of our award-winning spirits and liqueurs.

Our Tour & Tasting is the perfect introduction, taking you behind the scenes of our working distillery before finishing with a guided tasting of our award-winning spirits and liqueurs.
If you're passionate about whisky, our Whisky Blending Masterclass offers a deeper dive into whisky production, maturation and blending, giving you the opportunity to create your own bespoke blend to take home.
For those who enjoy cocktails, our Cocktail Masterclass is a hands-on experience where you'll learn professional techniques while making and enjoying a selection of cocktails using our award-winning spirits.

What if I only like gin?
That's absolutely fine. Our tastings are designed to be flexible, so you're welcome to choose the spirits you'd like to sample from our range of award-winning whiskies, gins and liqueurs.
To begin the tasting, we introduce everyone to our Cotswolds Dry Gin and Signature Single Malt Whisky, using them to demonstrate the fundamentals of nosing and tasting. Even if whisky isn't usually your drink, we encourage you to give it a try—you might discover a new favourite!
If you're a designated driver and choose a takeaway tasting pack instead, you can select the spirits you'd most like to enjoy at home.
For an even more hands-on gin experience, our Cocktail Masterclass is the perfect choice, where you'll learn to create delicious cocktails using a selection of Cotswolds Distillery's award-winning spirits, including our gins.
What if I only like whisky?
Perfect! Whisky lovers are in great company at Cotswolds Distillery.
Our Tour & Tasting takes you through every stage of our whisky-making process, from grain to glass, before finishing with a guided tasting. We begin by introducing everyone to our Cotswolds Dry Gin and Signature Single Malt Whisky, using them to demonstrate the fundamentals of nosing and tasting. Even if gin isn't usually your drink, we encourage you to give it a try—you might be surprised!
After that, the tasting is flexible, and you're welcome to choose the whiskies you'd most like to sample from our range, including our award-winning English single malts and selected limited releases, subject to availability.
If you're looking for an even deeper whisky experience, our Whisky Blending Masterclass is the perfect choice. You'll learn about cask maturation, blending techniques and create your own personalised 400ml bottle of whisky to take home in a presentation box.
What if I don't drink alcohol?
You're still very welcome to visit Cotswolds Distillery.
Our guided tours offer a fascinating insight into the craft of distilling, the history of the distillery and how our award-winning spirits are made. If you choose not to drink alcohol, we'll provide you with a takeaway tasting pack to enjoy at home at a later date, or you're welcome to gift it to a friend or family member instead.
Even without tasting on the day, you'll still enjoy exploring our working distillery, learning about the art of spirit making, and visiting our shop and café, making Cotswolds Distillery a memorable day out for everyone.
